Situated 13km from Gubbio and 600m above sea level, the farm covers an area of 270 hectares.
On the Umbrian Apennines, amid oak and conifer woods, fields cultivated with cereals and pastureland. There is also a small saddle horse breeding farm on the premises.

External view

The house was built in stone back in the 17th century and has recently been renovated in the characteristic style of Umbrian architecture. The apartments are comfortably furnished with antique family pieces.

Inside

The garden surrounding the house has barbecue tables and a small kitchen garden providing seasonal fruit and vegetables. Leading away from the farmhouse are paths which wind their way through the surrounding woods and from where it is possible to view the peaks of the Sibillini Mountains and the magnificent valley around Gubbio.

Sport fishing is possible a short distance from the farm, and golf enthusiasts will find a well-equipped golf course 30km away.
Paragliding and hang-gliding facilities are available just 20km away.
The farmhouse is well located for reaching numerous art cities in Umbria.
