Booking formality

It is possible to book Upon express notice of the availability of the accommodation given by the staff that takes care of bookings Ask Availability here

The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Follow instructions to pay the advance. When we receive your booking we will send you, on confirmation, a voucher via email.

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid 7 days before the arrival at Guardistallo 2168.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer, Traveller Cheque, Cash or Cheque, Euro Cheque
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 16:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from sunday to sunday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 60 dd on arrival to 30 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 0% of the total price.
Cancellations from 29 dd on arrival to 15 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 14 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
