Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at departure at Grosseto 1919.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card, Cash or Cheque,
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 11:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 15 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 25% of the total price.
Cancellations from 14 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
