Description
Location: the holiday house is appropriate for about 4 km outside of the town, in the midst from vineyards and sunflower fields with far view over the valley, in a very calm position.
Description: the structure consists of the livinghouse of the farmers and the adjacent double-house.
Services: the swimming pool has a big terrace with beach chairs and sun screens around the pool.
To the tennis court of the property there are 500 m, for buying food (small bar in the town) 700 m. Parking places are beside the house.
Composition: both houses are complex restored with beautiful and old vault in the ground floor and timber beam in the upper floor.
All the appartments have terracotta-floors, a modern kitchen equipment, good sanitary plumbings and house single heating, terrace furniture and sun screens in the garden. Sat-TV connection. Television rentable.
Holiday tax is payable on site, 1 euro per person for up to 6 consecutive nights. This excludes children under 14 years, bus drivers and the handicapped.
