Description
Location: the farmstead is appropriate for 400 m far away from the main house and was reconditioned affectionately.
The house is surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields. Favourable position in the heart of the Tuscan country, to Florence, Siena o Pisa in each case 55 km.
Description: it consists of the old living house of the farmers and the double-house Capanna.
Services: there is also a large swimming pool at the disposal to the guests. Parking places in front of the house.
Capanna apartment: the 2-room apartment for 3-5 persons; in the ground floor there are living kitchen with kitchen line/dining corner and sofa bed for 2 persons.
In the upper floor there are one three-bedroom and one bathroom with shower. Garden seats in front of the house.
Holiday tax is payable on site, 1 euro per person for up to 6 consecutive nights. This excludes children under 14 years, bus drivers and the handicapped.
