At our restaurant, located on the terrace near the small river, we serve the typical food of the Tuscan tradition, recipes we found reading our Garndmothers copy book of recipes. We pay attention on the products and goods we use, and modify the menu according to the seasonality of the products.

Upon reservation we can buy and cook for you almost any kind of gaming, vegetables etc. Should you like to eat the famous T-Bone steak we will take you to our butcher's shop to let you choose your own "Fiorentina".

Should you like to learn the secrets of the Tuscan recipes, we can organise a cooking class with our Chef. You will prepare a full meal following our Chef' suggestions.
