Booking formality

The booking requires a deposit of 20 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Follow instructions to pay the advance. When we receive your booking we will send you, on confirmation, a voucher via email.

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid 30 days before the arrival at Forte dei Marmi 1970.
The payment must be done with Bank Transfer,
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 19:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 30 dd on arrival to 10 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
Cancellations from 9 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 50% of the total price.
