After having created the restaurant and apartments, we knew we had to go one step further and build a cellar where we could keep all our wines. Today, we are pleased to announce that we have created the ideal atmosphere for the aging of our wines and to get the best taste possible out of the wine, we use the prestigious French Oak wooden barrels.

We take great pride in how we produce our goods and for us no job gives us more satisfaction than sharing this passion and our quality products with our guests.

In conclusion, I think that making wine, marketing it, and raising awareness all over the world of a product that means history, tradition, love for the land and love of gastronomy is a very gratifying job for a young person.
