Access to the house is by private road with electronically-controlled gate.
The owners offer traditional Tuscan meals (6 people minimum) and breakfast service on request (payable locally) and make delicious homemade cakes and biscuits for breakfast, lunch and dinner.



Breakfast Service: 8/10 € per person.
You can taste and buy our olive oil.
It is also possible to taste oil, fruit and vegetables produced by the owners.

Trips into Florence are delightfully easy with a very convenient railway station in nearby Empoli from where there is a frequent service right into the heart of Florence- a super alternative if you don’t wish to take the car into the city.
The village of Martignana has two pizzerias, a grocer-shop a butcher whilst for main shopping you will need to go to nearby Empoli less than 6 miles away.
