Booking formality

1. Booking on request

The booking requires a deposit of 20 % of the total price payable with Credit Card, Bank Transfer

To confirm your reservation please use one of following the credit cards:

It is possible to book Upon express notice of the availability of the accommodation given by the staff that takes care of bookings

Enter your request code in the box. Check all the data on the online form and change any incorrect data. Choose the deposit payment method. Follow instructions to pay the advance. When we receive your booking we will send you, on confirmation, a voucher via email.

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Empoli 1194.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card (Visa/CartaSI, MasterCard), Cash or Cheque,
No security deposit is required.
Arrivals must be between 09:00 and 17:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 45 dd on arrival to 35 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 34 dd on arrival to 2 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 80% of the total price.
Cancellations from 1 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
