Booking formality

The booking requires a deposit of 25 % of the total price payable with Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at departure at Cortona 1122.
The payment must be done with Cash or Cheque, Euro Cheque
At arrival a security deposit of 20 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 15:00 and 19:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 90 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price.
