Citta' di Castello 153 is a beautiful traditional stone villa of Umbria. The villa is around about 300 sq. m. in size and extends over 2 floors, complete with garden and independent entrance. The villa sleeps 8 + 2 guests and is equipped with satellite TV, telephone and dishwasher. The outdoor loggia is furnished with table and chairs for dining in the open air.

Ground floor: Hall, lounge with TV corner, furnished with cane sofa and armchairs. Large kitchen with fireplace, hob, big electric oven, and fridge-freezer. Dining-room furnished with sofas and a stone bench, reading table and fireplace. Small bathroom with WC, washbasin, bidet and shower.

First floor: Reception/reading room with chest-of-drawers, wardrobe, and sofa bed which makes up into two single 180 x 85 beds. This room opens onto a small covered terrace, with sandstone steps leading to the garden.

Four double bedrooms:

Il Roseto, double bedroom with antique wrought-iron bed [150 x 190], nineteenth-century chest-of-drawers and antique wardrobe. The co-ordinated upholstery is in shades of rose, sky blue and green.

La Lavanda: bedroom with two single 190 x 80 beds, is decorated in Provençal-style fabric in shades of blue and yellow, with clothes hangers on the walls (wardrobe in adjacent hall area).

L'Edera: bedroom with double bed [170 x 190] with antique headboard in decorated wood, large late nineteenth-century wardrobe, chest-of-drawers and co-ordinated upholstery in shades of white, green and violet.

La Genziana: bedroom with two large 120 x 200 antique wrought-iron beds, old bedside table, and nineteenth-century wardrobe and chest-of-drawers; the upholstery is floral and multi-coloured. Large bathroom with bath, washbasin, bidet and WC. Second bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC.

The villa is surrounded by a large garden with oak trees, with direct access to the swimming pool at the bottom of the lawn.
