The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Credit Card, Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at arrival at Cinigiano 461.
The payment must be done with Credit Card and Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash or Cheque,
At arrival a security deposit of 20 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 14:00 and 20:00. Rooms must be left at least at 10:00.
Weekly stays go from saturday to saturday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 7 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
Cancellations from 14 dd on arrival to 8 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 80% of the total price.
Cancellations from 28 dd on arrival to 15 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 60% of the total price.
Cancellations from 33 dd on arrival to 29 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 40% of the total price.
Cancellations from 60 dd on arrival to 34 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
