The farmhouse, is a typical Tuscan country mansion from the XVII century, with a spectacular pool overlooking the boundless valley, sits in the very heart of the Val D’Orcia Artistic, Natural and Cultural Park, a short distance away from sites of particular historic and artistic interest.

(Pienza, Montalcino, S. Quirico d’Orcia, Montepulciano), from thermal baths (Bagni S. Filippo, Bagno Vignoni, Chianciano Terme, San Casciano dei Bagni, Rapolano Terme) and from Amiata Mountain, where one can stroll through chestnut and oak tree woods and follow the meandering of torrents that slope down into the Orcia river.

The surrounding coutryside, with its soft hills, is likewise an ideal place for mountain-biking (rentable at the farm) and horseriding, departing from the nearby riding school.
