Description

Location: the holiday house is only two minutes drive from Castiglione del Lago, surrounded by 15 hectares of land with private woods.

From the structure you can enjoy a magnificent view of the typical Umbro-Tuscan countryside. Along the road that drives through Val D'Orcia, where you will find the most spectacular view of the region.

Description: the structure has eight apartments, which can accommodate up to 32 people.
Services: in the school you can receive English and western riding lessons, whith splendid treks that take in both the paths hugging the shores of Lake Trasimeno, and those in the adjacent woods.
A huge swimming pool (7 x 20 meters) is surrounded by rich green meadows.
A large outdoor space with barbecue makes it possibile to eat outside.

Activities: for the active ones who love adventure, we have mountain bikes. Golf lovers can go to the Club del Golf in Perugia without travelling too far (it is an 18 hole golf course).
It is also ideal for long relaxing walks, bird watching, or simply hanging out.
