Quiet relaxation in beautiful countryside
Rooms (I had Priore suite even though traveling alone) were beautifully furnished and extremely clean. Charming buildings, utter silence, total relaxation. Suite was supplied with fruit, wine, cheese, crackers and other yummy things. Wine was made on the estate. Books in suite were useful and good. Very roomy. Swimming pool was in beautiful setting, though it was not warm enough to swim in May.
Only problem (perhaps my fault) is that after arrival, I never met anyone on property with whom I could communicate. Was not told how to get in touch with anyone for help and was not given tour of facilities. I was the only guest and was left for six days without contact with any staff/owner. I didn't really mind, but would have appreciated being told that a computer was available (I found out on checking out). I should have asked more questions on the first night when the extremely friendly Jessica greeted me. I didn't realize that she was not going to be on the premises. If you speak Italian, as I unfortunately do not, this would not be a problem, as there were people around.

A Week in Tuscany
The accommodations were fantastic. Beautiful grounds, conveniently located, and idyllic. Great place to relax in Tuscany but close to lots of attractions. This is is a special place.
