Relaxing, beautiful place with the facilities (pool) we wanted and friendly hosts.
Quiet, beatiful houses, nice rooms, good facilities, kitchen (although our stove didn't work - but we could borrowed antoher), clean big pool and very nice surroundings - and garden!
We had some car trouble, we had some misscommunication due to language (we don't speak Italian)

we were pleased on our first visit (2008), but on a subsequent one (in 2009) the wife of the owner made it clear that she did not want to run the agriturismo, due to her health problems, which she described to me at great length and on more than one occasion. She was subsequently quietly but clearly unfriendly and inappropriate, I am sorry to say. The whole point of an agriturismo is to create an illusion of "homey" welcome, a clear distinction from the strictly utilitarian function of a hotel --she broke this unspoken contract and significantly contributed to spoiling our second trip there, sadly, because we had very much appreciated the first one in 2008, and were beginning to think of it as our "home" in Tuscany.
the owner is a delightful and friendly man. the place is lovely and a good value, and situated in a beautiful, unspoiled part of Monte Amiata, yet not to far from major historic sites
the owner's wife is clearly hostile to the idea of running the agriturismo and makes guest feel very unwelcome
