Our property is the ideal place to rest, for holidays, leisure and outdoor life. Placed on hills, it is just 10 km far from Prato and 18 km from Florence. We are immersed in the marvellous countryside of Tuscany which, with its colours, panoramic view and unique landscape, is framed in its XV century stone building.

We have six apartments and nine rooms, furnished with taste, elegance, comfort and modern furniture.

Meeting rooms and indoor as well as outdoor spaces for ceremonies are also available.

In the old barn there is the restaurant, where it's possible to taste the typical food and recipes of Tuscany, together with good wines.

We have the following facilities and services on offer:

Bedrooms: Fridge, telephone, Sat TV, common room for games and breakfast.

Apartments: Kitchen area, Sat TV, telephone. Possibility to connect, with personal computer to internet, through wi-fi and Lan.

The whole building takes advantage of a huge swimming pool with solarium tanning beds from which you can enjoy a beautiful view on the surrounding countryside.

Attached to the building there is an area for picnic, equipped with a barbecue, bowling field and garden games for kids; You can hike or mountainbike in the woods, the trail is suitable for kids as well; In the woods it's quite normal to see local wild animals, such as: hares, wild birds, wild boars and deer.

During the stay, guests can choose to spend the time in the swimming pool or play minigolf or ping-pong. Soon there will be stables for horse training and riding; and covered outdoor areas where you can leave cats and dogs.

We give cooking and gardening lessons if requested. You can book to participate to the September October grape-harvest.

For sport lovers, there is the golf field, 5 km from the estate, as well as a tennis field and a fishing pond.
