Booking formality

1. Booking on request

The booking requires a deposit of 30 % of the total price payable with Credit Card, Bank Transfer

Regulations

The total settlement will be paid at departure at Barberino Val d'Elsa 2230.
The payment must be done with Cash
At arrival a security deposit of 50 % of the total is required.
Arrivals must be between 14:00 and 19:00. Rooms must be left at least at 11:00.
7 day stays can start from any day of the week

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations from 15 dd on arrival to 7 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 30% of the total price.
Cancellations from 6 dd on arrival to 2 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 70% of the total price.
Cancellations from 1 dd on arrival to 0 dd on arrival we apply a penalty of 100% of the total price.
