Location: the villa is located on the edge of the small village of Giardinetto, 10 km north of the historic spa town of Bagni di Lucca.
The villa is situated on the lower slopes of the very beautiful and natural Lima valley of northern Tuscany.

Description: an independent entrance leads to a full width balcony and access to the apartment. There are scenic mountain views from every window.
The gardens are terraced and shaded by many trees including magnolia, cherry, hazelnut, sweet chestnut and figs - with larger spruce trees on the hillside behind.

River next to the villa

There is outdoor patio furniture and a barbecue. The balcony also has a bistro table with chairs. There is parking for 2 cars.
Bagni di Lucca this friendly small town has with its thermal springs and health treatments, swimming pool supplied with the thermal waters, tennis courts, riverside walks, shops, bars and restaurants.
It also has the first Casino ever built in Europe (Casino Reale 1837) now fully restored and used by Tourist Information and various functions (but not gambling!).
