Location: the holiday house is located in Lunigiana, between Liguria, Tuscany, next to the Apuane Alps, the sea of the Gulf of La Spezia and of Cinque Terre, to the Magra Valley villages and its rivers and dominated by the Tuscan-Emilian Appennino, acknowledged recently as National Park, Lunigiana is a boundary land. Composition: is made of 18 bed-sits located in two blocks of flats that compose a huge structure immersed in the green, surrounded by large open spaces suitable for rest and open–air activities.

Every flat consist of double-bed, divan-bed, cooking facilitis, bathroom with shower, conditioning, heating – satellite tv and safe. Services: at disposal for our customers there are areas equipped with tables and barbecue and a large car-park.
There is a well-equipped swimming pool (mt. 15 x 7, 5) that is safe for children too and that offers another pleasant occasion for relaxing.
Kitchen
Nature: the sea of Liguria and the one of Versilia show two differnet aspects of sea tourism that are not similar, however they offer high standard level quality concerning facilities, the quality of the water and the range of the beaches to choose.
The Apuane Alps are worth an excursion or a trip to the well known marble quarries, a tasting of the excellent lardo di Colonnata.
The Appennino Tosco-Emiliano represents a unique place to go on excursions. Horse and mountain-bike riding will also be arranged by CAI, offering the chance to take a guide and choose speleological trekking paths.
Bedroom
Art: Lunigiana is particulary abounding in churches, mills and most of all castles -you cannot miss Malaspina’a castle in Fosdinovo-rich in legends and ghosts!
The Statue Stele Museum (statues called stele) –antropomorphous statues made of sandstone- in Pontremoli takes the visitor back to two thousand years ago before the arrival of the Romans. Bancarella Prize, that is always held in Pontremoli, satisfies the tourist who is fond of reading. Its cookery tradition makes this land unique, especially for its salami, testaroli (handmade salt pancakes baked or boiled) with pesto sauce, chestnut flour pancakes and the well known Candia wine.
