Dear host we are very sorry that you have found your accommodation uncomfortable. Especially because we did not have any perception during your stay, so we did not have any opportunity to help you. Concerning the heating we recall that we do have heating in the apartments, Howewer in the period of your stay the heating is not allowed in our zone. Neverthless even in this case, whenever people asks for heating, we switch on it for free ad on our risk. But in our understanding we did not receive from you any such request. Concerning the cost of the advance payment we can only say that it is not under our control and to minimize the costs we usually suggest to the customers to use PAYPAL. We suggested PAYPAL also to you at the time of your reservation, but you finally decided to pay via bank transfer. Concerning the remote location please consider that we are at about 4 Km from Anghiari and 9 Km from a Motorway. Notre structure est à 4 Km du centre de Anghiari, une distance souvent nécessaire pour profiter d'un beau paysage et de tranquillité. La maison est ancienne et construite quand il n'y avait pas de bain; nous l’avons restructuré en respectant la structure traditionnelle, avec, peut-être, quelque sacrifice pour la modernité. Il ya aussi la possibilité, si on le demande, d’un hébergement au rez- de-chaussée. Le manque de certains services (par exemple piscine) reflète les prix actuels. Cependant nous avons l'intention de revoir la structure en tenant compte des commentaires des clients que nous exhortons et que sont toujours bienvenus.
