Description

Location: the farmhouse is set among the green Amelia countryside, a peaceful, quiet and picturesque little town, its origin goes back to 6th century B.

From the house there is a stunning view to the Amerini and Sabini mountains and over the olive groves down to the Tiber valley.

Description: the country residence is an old stone-made farm-house that preserves its architectural structure but offers all modern conforts.
Carefully restored, it has terracotta floors, wooden raftered ceilings and wooden dorrs and casings.
There are five self catering and independent apartments.

Farmhouse with swimming pool: the farmhouse has its own private filtered swimming pool (Mt 7x14) open in Summer, from June until September.
Services: the farmhouse has a big garden, barbacoa and car parking too.
There are also fruit orchards, olive groves, wine yards, a vegetable back-yard and it is possible to buy genuine and organic products.
