The entry is through a park-like setting with a lovely vista of the valley below, also enjoyed from the windows of the apartment. The unit consists of large living room, bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower and bidet.

In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two, satellite TV, wall safe and a well equipped kitchenette with 4 fires and various electrical appliances including combined oven (microwaves, grill and normal oven). At the apartment entrance there is private space with table for outdoor dining.
