Horse breeding
The ranch consists of thirty animals, including brood mares, colts and adult horses. New horses are broken by the farm personnel and then sold with various levels of training.

Sardinian Sheep Breeding
We produce high quality cheeses in various forms: some are covered in wax and honey to maintain their very refined aroma unaltered.

Pig breeding
The pigs live in the woods: they are primarily fed chestnuts and acorns. They are transformed into sausage and prosciutto hams of a quality found nowhere else.

Biodynamic Organic Vegetables
These provide all vegetables required to prepare our traditional recipes using products that can no longer be found commercially. Plus, the fruit from our orchards has the real flavors of olden times. We produce marmalades with truly unique flavors.
